Horicon Joint Municipal Court
The Municipal Court rules upon complaints brought before it by police officers and private citizens. It is a multi-jurisdictional court, covering the City of Horicon, the Village of Hustisford, and the Village of Iron Ridge.
Complaints are prosecuted on behalf of the State of Wisconsin and for violations of municipal ordinances; the Court handle matters involving a motor vehicle and traffic law, municipal ordinances, and quasi-criminal offenses such as assault, drug offense, theft, retail theft, harassment, trespassing, and similar offenses.
