This 2-acre neighborhood park is located in the northwestern portion of the city along CTH “E.” The area south and west of CTH “E” is also considered part of the park. This area consists of some wooded lowlands and some open uplands adjacent to the railroad tracks. Real estate records indicate this area is owned by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Dodge County.

A recreation use easement agreement or city acquisition of these lands should be done to preserve them. Whitty Park has been designated by the city as the official parking are for those biking to the Wild Goose Trail located two miles west of the city. The park also contains a play system, cooking grills and picnic tables.
